Lynchburg Live Poker is a charitable gaming operation subject to state statutory and regulatory provisions specific to Texas Hold'em Tournaments, to state statutory and regulatory provisions related to charitable gaming generally, to the rules set forth by the Poker Tournament Director's Association referenced by state regulations, to the rules set forth in Robert's Rules of Poker referenced by state regulations, to provisions of the federal Internal Revenue Code, and to provisions of the Americans With Disabilities Act. We strive to comply with these regulations as augmented by our own house rules.
In addition to the aforementioned regulations related to charitable gaming, we are also subject to state and federal regulations applicable to all employers. We strive to comply with these regulations as well.
